Gift vouchers may be redeemed against ionalundiedesign jewellery, workshop experience events or newly commissioned designs. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months commencing from the date of purchase and may be redeemed over multiple purchases.

These high quality physical gift vouchers come ready to gift with a white envelope and space to add your own message. If you’d prefer to send a voucher straight to a loved one please use their address in the shipping field and note your gift message when adding to cart. Gift vouchers have P&P automatically applied - no additional postage will be charged at checkout.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed using the instructions on the reverse. Vouchers may be redeemed in person at markets and events with ionalundiedesign. Items can be purchased online for delivery by emailing a product code and voucher number to ionalundiedesign@gmail.com.

 Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of an ionalundiedesign product or workshop event. If the product/workshop cost exceeds the amount on the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by cash, credit or debit card at the point of ordering/booking.

• Workshop information will be released through www.ionalundiedesign.com throughout the year. Workshops must be pre-booked. Workshop programmes, dates and times are subject to availability. All ionalundiedesign products sold are subject to availability.

• Vouchers are non-refundable.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

• Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

• Vouchers can be redeemed by email or in person only. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.

• Should the voucher value exceed the value of the purchase, change will be given in the form of a new voucher. This new voucher will carry the original expiry date.

• The minimum value that can be held on a voucher is £10.00

• No more than two vouchers can be combined for use within one transaction.
